Alexandra Nickerson, PA
Alexandra Nickerson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated with honors from Colorado College with a BA focused on Neuroscience, Human Biology, and Kinesiology and earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. Before joining The Dermatology Specialists, Alexandra worked as a dermatology medical assistant, an experience that reinforced her interest in the specialty. During her clinical year of PA school, she trained with a leading dermatologist in the Bay Area and later became a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants after completing additional advanced dermatology training. She is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the SDPA and prioritizes staying current on new dermatologic treatments and techniques. Having personally experienced dermatologic issues, Alexandra understands the connection between skin health, well-being, and confidence and focuses on building lasting patient relationships and individualized treatment plans. Outside work, she enjoys fitness, reading, and exploring new restaurants in the city.
