Yvonne Huang, PA
Yvonne Huang is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Psychology from New York University and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Monmouth University, where she received three years of intensive didactic and clinical training. Before PA school, Yvonne discovered her interest in dermatology while working as a medical and surgical assistant alongside a leading New York dermatologist, gaining years of practical experience. She continued training with The Dermatology Specialists and developed expertise treating many dermatologic conditions and building effective skincare regimens for patients across ages, skin types, and ethnic backgrounds. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, she emphasizes culturally competent care. Yvonne is a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and completed its Diplomate Fellowship. She strongly supports regular skin-cancer surveillance and prevention of photodamage and works closely with patients to create long-term, individualized plans using current treatments. Outside work, she is interested in skincare, health, wellness, Pilates, yoga, and dining around her Lower East Side neighborhood.
