Tinley Chen, MMSc, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and earned her Master of Medical Science from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program. Before becoming a PA, Tinley worked as a dermatology clinical research coordinator at Mount Sinai and as a medical assistant in a practice covering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology; during that period she developed a strong interest in the field and published several journal articles. She has since served as an investigator on more than a dozen clinical trials involving psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, and rosacea. Tinley has extensive experience treating conditions including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and alopecia and follows a patient-centered, evidence-based approach aimed at improving both health and quality of life. She belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
