Alisha Basnet, PA
Alisha Basnet is a board-certified dermatology Physician Assistant at The Dermatology Specialists. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. During PA school, Alisha completed clinical training in dermatology with an emphasis on individualized care for a variety of skin concerns. At TDS, she has continued extensive training with multiple dermatology providers and has participated in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Diplomate Fellowship program. She is committed to making dermatologic care approachable, friendly, and tailored to each patient. Alisha is fluent in Nepali and Hindi. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and experimenting with different cuisines.
