I am a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow at Bryant West Psychology, where I provide psychotherapy to adults in person in Midtown West and online throughout New York and New Jersey. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in the psychological challenges that can arise around work and career, including workplace stress, burnout, difficult interpersonal dynamics, career transitions, and questions about direction and fulfillment. Alongside my clinical training, I bring more than twenty years of experience in leadership development and talent management at a Fortune 100 financial institution. That experience informs my understanding of the ways work can affect identity, self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being, and of the pressures that can arise at different stages of working life. In those roles, I coached leaders, consulted with executive teams, facilitated organizational change, and helped people navigate complex interpersonal and career challenges. My practice, however, is not limited to work-related concerns, and I welcome adults seeking support for a broad range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to the individual. My clinical foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I believe that understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can provide meaningful relief while creating opportunities for lasting change. I also integrate relational, developmental, and mindfulness-based perspectives, recognizing that our relationships, life experiences, and patterns of relating to ourselves and others can play an important role in psychological well-being. Together, we may focus on practical strategies for managing anxiety or stress, examining longstanding beliefs and relationship patterns, navigating difficult transitions, and developing more flexible and effective ways of responding. Alongside my professional work, I have maintained a longstanding mindfulness meditation practice, which has strengthened my interest in helping people cultivate greater awareness, self-compassion, and emotional balance. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship built on curiosity, authenticity, and respect, and I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged when appropriate. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. My clinical training included the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, the University of Chicago Medical Center, Hines VA Hospital, and Northwest Community Mental Health Center, where I worked with adults presenting with a broad range of psychological concerns. It would be a privilege to partner with you as we work toward your goals for healing, growth, and lasting change.
