Vitaly Kramer, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at SINY Dermatology who specializes in medical dermatology and comprehensive skin care. He treats a wide range of conditions affecting the skin and works with patients to develop practical treatment plans that support both immediate improvement and long-term skin health. Vitaly earned his undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from the University at Buffalo before completing his Physician Assistant training at Touro College in Manhattan. His background in both healthcare and the humanities informs a communication-focused approach to care: he takes time to explain diagnoses clearly, answer questions, and make sure patients understand how and why a treatment is being recommended. Before joining SINY, Vitaly cared for patients in Jamaica, Queens, and across Long Island, gaining experience with a diverse range of dermatologic concerns and patient populations. He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and continues advanced education in dermatology to stay current with evolving treatments and standards of care.
