Namitha Kache, PA
Namitha Kache, MPAS, PA-C, is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in general and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Austin, Texas, she graduated from the University of Texas with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology and minors in Chemistry and Business Foundations. She then worked for two years as a medical assistant supporting more than 15 dermatology providers and Mohs surgeons across Central Texas before earning her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College, with clinical rotations throughout Texas, Montana, and the Pacific Northwest. Namitha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship, as well as four months of intensive training with Dr. Bobby Buka, Dr. Sourab Choudhury, and other TDS clinicians. She emphasizes patient education, preventive medicine, individualized treatment, and the mental-health impact of chronic skin disease. Namitha also has a particular interest in skin of color and in how nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors influence inflammatory disease, aging, and cancer. As a vegan, she is interested in vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable skincare options when appropriate. Outside work, she enjoys travel, cooking and baking, playing musical instruments, biking, and hiking with her rescue dog.
