Kristen Ibrahim, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Vivify Medical who works in cardiovascular and primary care. She helps patients manage both acute and chronic health concerns and has a particular interest in prevention and identifying risk factors before they develop into more serious medical problems. Before joining Vivify, Kristen worked in general and interventional cardiology at Montefiore Medical Center and Mount Sinai, where she gained experience caring for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. That background informs a careful, prevention-focused approach to outpatient care. Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John’s University. She is certified by the NCCPA and maintains ACLS and BLS certification. Her care philosophy is grounded in listening closely, explaining recommendations clearly, and making sure patients feel actively involved in decisions about their health.
