Nicole Kopchak is a Physician Assistant at Westside Family Medicine who provides primary, urgent, and preventive care for patients across the lifespan. She helps patients manage acute illnesses, routine health needs, and ongoing medical conditions while placing a strong emphasis on prevention and helping people understand how to protect their health over time. Nicole completed her Physician Assistant training at Wagner College, where her clinical education included broad exposure to primary care as well as specialties such as gastroenterology and immunology. Her training in research and clinical medicine supports an evidence-based approach to diagnosis and treatment. She values practical, straightforward communication and works to make patients active participants in their care.
