Sophia Rakin is a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from Washington, D.C. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health from The George Washington University and continued her education in downtown Manhattan, where she received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Pace University–Lenox Hill program. Her clinical dermatology training took place across New York City. Sophia approaches dermatologic concerns with a holistic and individualized perspective and is passionate about making the patient experience approachable, welcoming, and friendly. She is excited to be part of The Dermatology Specialists team.
