Dr. Chiara Rosenbaum, DO
Dr. Chiara Rosenbaum is a dermatologist committed to helping patients achieve healthy skin through informed, comprehensive care. She treats patients of all ages and manages conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, hair loss, and skin cancer, while also performing medical dermatology, surgical oncology, cosmetic injectables, and laser procedures. Originally from California, she attended Washington University in St. Louis, earned a master’s degree in science at Columbia University, and received her medical degree from Touro University in California. She moved to Detroit for dermatology residency, where she served as Chief Resident and received broad training in complex dermatology, cutaneous surgery, injectables, and lasers. Dr. Rosenbaum emphasizes active listening, collaborative treatment planning, prevention, and patient education, including helping patients interpret skincare information encountered on social media. She is active in the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and Women’s Dermatologic Society, and has authored publications in dermatology journals.
