Raquel Shadan, PA
Raquel Shadan is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She attended St. John’s University’s accelerated Physician Assistant program and graduated magna cum laude. Raquel completed several months of training in The Dermatology Specialists fellowship program alongside multiple providers and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Before joining TDS, she worked as a dermatology medical assistant in New York City and gained additional experience through clinical rotations in dermatology and plastic surgery. Her experience as a medical assistant reinforced her interest in dermatology and her empathy for patients dealing with skin conditions. Raquel is from Long Island, New York, and enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
