Monica Ford, PA
Monica Ford is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from CUNY Baruch College and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Monica is a Diplomate Fellow and member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates and also belongs to Diversity in Dermatology, the American Academy of Physician Associates, and the New York State Society of Physician Associates. Her dermatology career began before PA school as a medical assistant at The Dermatology Specialists, where she later served as Director of MA Quality & Development and was mentored by experienced TDS providers. After returning to the practice as a Physician Assistant, Monica completed advanced training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology under Dr. Beau DiCicco, Dr. Sourab Choudhury, and other senior providers. She cares for patients across ages and backgrounds and emphasizes listening, education, shared decision-making, and realistic personalized treatment plans.
