Audrey Eady, LMHC
Hi, I’m Audrey Eady, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I support clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, self-esteem concerns, identity questions, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and flexible. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based approaches depending on what you need. I’m interested in helping you understand recurring patterns while also developing practical tools that make everyday life and relationships feel more manageable. I graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany with degrees in Psychology and Sociology and earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and supported, and I strive to create a warm space where we can explore both your personal experiences and the larger systems that may be affecting you.
