Dr. Trevor Young grew up in Ohio and graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. After completing a pediatrics internship at Mount Sinai Hospital, Dr. Young completed dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving extensive training in complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and pediatric dermatology. He treats patients of all ages across a broad range of dermatologic conditions and recognizes the stress and quality-of-life impact that skin disease can create. His approach centers on partnering with patients to develop individualized treatments that reflect their specific goals. Dr. Young has authored more than twenty articles in leading dermatology journals, with research focused particularly on optimizing care for children with eczema. Outside the office, he enjoys group fitness classes and exploring new restaurants in New York City.
